Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $25 within the contiguous. Your cart must total $25 or more after discounts and before taxes to qualify. Eligible orders
will see the free shipping option automatically appear at checkout.

Shipping Rates for Orders Under $25

For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

During busy periods such as holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States and to select international locations. Free standard shipping is available for qualifying orders delivered within the contiguous U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional charges and may not qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Timing

Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and seasonal volume. While we work hard to get your order out quickly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package is in the carrier’s hands.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. PetChu is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, PetChu is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
