You’re helping us evaluate PetChu Daily Eye & Ear Cleanser before launch. Use your sample over three days, then tell us how it performed in your everyday routine.

What you’re testing
PetChu Daily Eye & Ear Cleanser is a daily grooming formula for dogs and cats, developed with a Korean dermocosmetic lab for routine cleaning around the eyes and ears. It is formulated without added fragrance, dye, alcohol or surfactants.
For this evaluation, please focus on the liquid - how it applies, cleans, dries and fits into your routine - not the temporary 5 mL sample bottle.
How the evaluation works
1. Use it for three days
Follow the directions provided with your sample. Use it naturally - everyday use is more helpful than perfect use.
2. Notice the little things
As you use it, pay attention to:
- How easily visible residue comes away
- How easy the liquid is to control
- How quickly the cleaned area feels dry
- Whether anything is left behind afterward
You do not need to take notes. We’re simply interested in what you naturally notice.
3. Tell us what you really think
There are no right answers, and positive feedback is not expected. What worked, what didn’t, and what felt inconvenient are all equally useful.
The survey takes approximately four minutes. After completing the three-day evaluation and survey, you’ll receive your full-size bottle as a thank-you.
A note about your sample
The 5 mL bottle and tube were created only for this evaluation and do not represent the final PetChu packaging. Please focus primarily on the liquid itself. The survey includes one separate question about the type of dispenser you would prefer.
